Colleen Sarihan | Founder + CEO

Colleen began her career on Wall Street as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions before being tapped to focus on strategic communications and analyses for the Head of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital.

After four years in finance, Colleen headed west to Chicago to fuse her love for numbers and storytelling. She worked on public relations campaigns at Edelman and served as the Marketing Director at an education-focused nonprofit.

Colleen’s diverse background working with founders, small teams, and complex organizations makes her a versatile advisor. She quickly assesses situations and uses data to help you solve problems and make smarter, more informed decisions.

Originally from New York City, Colleen graduated with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Richmond. She enjoys running, photography, and is working on improving her culinary skills.

Meredith Patrick | Operational Specialist

After 15+ years as an administrative and operational specialist, Meredith left the corporate world to start her own consulting company. Named after her grandmothers, Vinsko Jacobs supports female, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ businesses owners, helping them grow their brand, take their time back, and defy the status quo. She’s thrilled to partner with The Crew Consultants and their clients.

When she’s not on her computer, Meredith is watching hockey, tackling her annual Reading Challenge on Goodreads, and playing with her beloved dog, Bruno.
